For the last 23 years, Ms. Beard has endured vast experiences and developed extensive proficiency in the field of information technology. As a technical director at EFS program management, she fluently executes her daily responsibility of ensuring small- and medium-sized enterprise programs are implemented correctly and on schedule. Her expertise includes process improvement and customer service - which she attributes to her tenacity, persistence and drive.

Having established her career in 1994, Ms. Beard served as a manager of special projects for ITI/APAC, and received a promotion to development manager within four months. She then worked for First Data Resources as a director of testing services, where she capitalized on the opportunity to take a promotion to director of process improvement. Only two years later, Ms. Beard embarked on a career with Adaptive Marketing in 2001, where she served as the senior director of application development and production development support. She replaced four directors, as well as a vice president, and managed her department on her own. Her zest, motivation and comprehensive knowledge in application development management has created a trifocal work ethic, which is undoubtedly reflected in her achievements.
