Dorothy Holden Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Dorothy Holden celebrates 20 years in the import and export industry

TORONTO, ON, April 19, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dorothy Holden, CCS, Import and Export Specialist Previously at Unilever Canada Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in data analysis.

With 20 years of professional experience, Ms. Holden served as the import and export specialist for various large corporations. She was responsible for resolving a variety of custom issues, managing transportation and special projects, auditing, verifying documents, negotiating contracts, obtaining form E29B and carnets, processing refund claims and managing activities in accordance with custom tariff and special import measures acts, as well as national customs rulings. She managed the intergration of Microsoft Access in customs and transportation systems that reduced time from five days to 20 minutes and has the ability to load various spreadsheets into Microsoft Access to derive accurate and useful information.

Ms. Holden has obtained a First Level certification from the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers and Transportation from the Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation, SAP Application and in Microsoft Excel and Access. Her dealings of Tariff Classification, Trade Negotiations and Agreements, Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada provided cost savings, streamlined processes and revenue recovery. She attributes her strong work ethic. In the future, she intends to stay within this industry.
