Dr. Mikesell has twenty-seven years of professional experience in business transformation and organizational and cultural change management. For the last thirteen years she has been a Sr. Management Consultant and Associate Partner with IBM Global Services, where her responsibilities include consulting, business development, complex engagement delivery, and global delivery of information technology services.

Dr. Mikesell has an undergraduate degree in Behavioral Psychology from the University of Florida, a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology from Drake University, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Systems from the Union Institute. She is a certified IBM Business Transformation Consultant and holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Her hobbies include traveling, reading, exercise, and spending time in downtown Chicago, where she now resides.
