Carolyn A. Keever Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Carolyn A. Keever has been very active as an artist after her retirement
MILAN, IL, January 26, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Carolyn A. Keever, Retired Computer Specialist for Rock Island Arsenal, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in computers.
Ms. Keever has 50 years of professional experience and was with Rock Island Arsenal for 13 years. As a computer specialist, she was in charge of managing computer support services. She also worked for International Harvester. From 1959 to 1963, she served the United States Air Force and received the Airman of the Month Award. Retired in 1996, Ms. Keever has been doing computer work, art work, charitable work and community work.
Ms. Keever Was president of the Milan American Legion Auxiliary, and is also a member of the American Legion, serving on the board. She is also on the Legion Honor Guard. She is also a member of the Odd Fellow Rebekah Home Association and the Order of the Eastern Star. She received Suggestion Awards, Department Awards, and Certificates of Recognition, from Rock Island Arsenal. In addition, she received Awards for Excellence in Playing the Piano.
