The Telecom Expense Management Industry Association (TEMIA) Offers Alliance Partner Showcase Webcast for Suppliers
The Telecom Expense Management Industry Association (TEMIA) is offering suppliers an opportunity to grow their capabilities with a webcast showcasing business development opportunities with 15 + suppliers of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) products

NAPERVILLE, IL, November 10, 2009 -- The Telecom Expense Management Industry Association (TEMIA) (http://www.temia.org), the authoritative voice for the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) industry, announced that it is offering a networking webcast for suppliers that are seeking to extend their TEM capabilities. This webcast will feature over 15 different members of the association presenting short overviews of their offerings for business alliance partners. The range of offerings include rate and tariff libraries, Telecom Expense Management (TEM) software, wireless mobility, Mobile Device Management (MDM), offshore back office TEM services, Call Accounting, professional services, international TEM capabilities from companies based overseas and domestically, and more.

This webcast is scheduled for Thursday, November 12 at 11 AM Eastern Standard Time. It is targeted for presidents of companies and business development managers that are seeking to evaluate new TEM capabilities to extend what they currently sell to other companies. The presenters, which will feature TEMIA member companies, will share some of the key features that make their offerings unique. Interested companies should register online for these webcasts at https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/273018224.

Michael Yokay, director; sales and service for CCMI (http://www.ccmi.com), a TEMIA member, explains, "one of the key reasons that we joined the association was for networking opportunities. This is a great example of how we can gather online to present our rate database and online solutions to the industry."

"This is a great opportunity to help other companies with services which enrich TEM offerings through cost effective offshore professional services that range from creating and validating inventories using Customer Service Record (CSR) records to physical inventories, audits, wireless optimizations, and other labor intensive TEM services for suppliers and enterprises," stated Dan Hughes president of Global Sourcing Group (http://www.gsgtelco.com). GSG is looking forward to expanding relationships with our existing clients and adding new ones," added Dan Hughes.

"The Telecom Expense Management industry has evolved, expanded and now many companies find that they can add resources to develop a more comprehensive solution through alliance partnerships," stated Mark Goettling, president of Comstructure. (http://www.comstructure.com)TEM is so much more than expense management: it is the convergence of wireline and wireless environments; applications; compliance; end user support; and financial management. TEMIA's Alliance Partner Showcase is a great way for firms to learn about offerings and business development opportunities," added Mark Goettling.

"Spectrum (http://www.3spectrum.com) has found that channel partners provide a great way to expand our business", stated Troy McCracken, Spectrum's CEO. "Our sales model has been very successful because we combine channel sales with service and award winning software", added Trent McCracken, Spectrum's president.

The upcoming webcasts will focus on helping TEMIA members by providing a virtual showcase with networking opportunities for our members and non-members that are seeking new capabilities. One of the greatest challenges reported by TEM firms is lack of knowledge. Organizations will need to register to participate in these webcasts. TEMIA member companies are well positioned to address best practices, performance metrics, industry standards, and KPIs with member companies that are able to draw on experiences managing over $31 billion in telecom expenses on behalf of clients.

Suppliers can also go to the TEMIA website to learn more at (http://www.temia.org) or they can register for this webcast at (https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/273018224).
