To date, ProgresSmart clients are (in alphabetical order) Alacritech, Avamar, DataCenter Technologies, DataMills, Iron Mountain, TeraCloud, and TriAxis. Projects for these diverse clients have included:

· Creating white papers and magazine articles for Web and print publication,

· Making and delivering presentations for customers, prospects and user groups,

· Meeting with and advising customers and prospects in pre- and post-sales settings,

· Helping choose vendor partners,

· Training, and

· Business technology planning.

Additionally, Tanner’s papers and presentations now appear on the Association of Storage Networking Professionals (ASNP) and the Storage Networking User Group (SNUG) Web sites, Tanner has given presentations to those groups’ New England Chapters, and Tanner is an expert available through www.asnp.org. Tanner will also be a presenter and panelist at the ILM Summit 2005, and contributes to Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) technical working groups on Information Lifecycle Management, Data Protection, and Content Addressable Storage.
